You have created a brilliant course around an extremely challenging subject.

I knew I was a prime candidate for your course - I was beginning to think there was something seriously wrong with me. Your course was a bright shining light that got me out! The timing was surely Divine! What's changed? EVERYTHING!

Your writing style along with in depth examples made it easy! Adding your personal stories was incredibly helpful, and I did like having the option of video or transcript. It was easy to move through. Each lesson was powerful and built on the next, and lesson three was the catalyst in shifting my daily mindset, behavior, and attitude. I thoroughly enjoy the ceremony around both the AM and PM rituals, incorporating both direct and indirect methods - I love the repetition and the positive space I'm in. I also enjoyed being stretched to fully understand a few of the daily emails. As I see it, that's the learning curve and what I signed up for.

For anyone who’s thinking about doing this program - don't overthink it.
